Sauce Stew
Preparing stew is very easy following this simplified method:
Ingredients:

Fresh
tomatoes
·
Fresh
pepper
·
Onions
·
Crayfish
·
Liver
(from cow meat)
·
Ice
fish
·
Meat
·
Salt
·
Spices
·
Groundnut
oil
·
Peas
·
Carrot
Procedure:
1.
Wash
the tomatoes, pepper, onions, carrot, peas, green pepper separately with salt
water (clean water mixed with salt) to eliminate dirt and germs in them.
2.
Cut
the ingredients except peas mentioned in one above into separate plates or bowls.
NB:
protect your hands with glove before cutting pepper to avoid it’s pepperish
sensations on your hands.
3.
Grind
the crayfish
4.
Wash
liver, meat and fish with salt water and put inside pot
5.
Cut
onions into them, add little salt, spice and water and per-boil for 5-10
minutes
6.
Bring
out the liver, leave it to cool for some minutes
7.
Cut
the liver into pieces
8.
Add
the tomatoes, pepper, onions, salt, crayfish, liver, spices, groundnut oil to
the meat and fish in the pot and stir NB: if the fish you use is not
iced there’s a tendency that it will break into pieces during stirring, to
avoid the breakage, after per-boiling remove the fishes from the pot and put in
a plate or bowl, during the 10th procedure, add the fish
9.
On
your cooker (gas or stove or fire wood or hot plate etc.) and cook for 5
minutes
10.
Add peas, carrot and green pepper into the pot
and stir
11.
Cook for 2 minutes more and off your cooker.
You can enjoy white rice, yam, bean, cooked plantain etc.
with the Stew sauce.
