How To Prepare Moi Moi

Preparation
- Soak beans in water (water at room temperature) for 5 minutes
- Rub the beans with your hands to remove the coats from the seeds
- Sieve the coats and water from the seeds
- Add pepper, tatashe, crayfish, onions (peel off the back), ginger (peel off the back ), nutmeg (break into pieces), small water and blend together.
- add salt, groundnut oil and spices to taste to it, stir till everything becomes one
- boil water (optional)
- use polythene bag or foil or local leaf to package the mixture
- put it in the hot water inside a pot or put it inside pot pour the hot water into it and cook or cook with normal water
- cook for 45 minutes or 1 hour depending on the cooker (stove, gas, hot plate, etc) and fuel (gas, kerosene, electricity, firewood) you are using. https://youtu.be/ZQeT0uq7txg
